The scent of pressed fruit hangs heavy in the autumn air where rows of trees stretch toward the Green Mountains. Spend an afternoon wandering the groves to fill bushels with crisp northern varieties or watch the rhythmic work of the cider press. Inside the creamery, small batches of artisan cheese are crafted by hand to round out a Vermont harvest.
